A Signal Dedicated Guard will conduct static security services for various areas, ensuring access points are secured and protecting property and residents with a focus on detail and safety. Responsibilities include conducting dedicated services in line with company values, writing accurate reports using company technology, maintaining punctuality for shifts, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication, organization, and the ability to meet service quality benchmarks while adhering to established instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Live within 30 minutes of Kennett Square, PA
- Valid Driver’s License & reliable personal vehicle (with registration & insurance)
- Clean criminal background
- Excellent attendance and time management
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
