Job Summary
Monitor community access, patrol hallways and parking lots, and operate wireless communications equipment to ensure resident and property safety. Respond to emergencies, secure doors, and answer incoming phone lines when the office is closed. Maintain records of resident entry and exit, keep emergency numbers current, and adhere to established safety procedures while protecting confidential information. Make independent judgment decisions under pressure and assist local emergency personnel as needed. Part-time weekend schedule from 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM AM.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of legal requirements for security guard position
- Ability to react calmly and confidently under pressure and in unexpected situations
- Make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
- Part time weekends 430pm- 1230am
