Job Summary
Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to ensure access points are secured and protect property with high attentiveness. Write detailed reports using company technology and app-based software during each shift aligned with site post orders. Consistently arrive on time, clock in and out, and follow dress code standards while interacting with internal and external customers to cultivate service relationships. Deescalate issues through professional communication and manage daily activities to meet benchmarks set by the supervisor. Report customer or property concerns promptly to the Advanced Dedicated Guard or Branch Supervisor. Care for assigned equipment including radios, keys, vehicles, and devices. Complete training modules within the first month and pass background and drug tests.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
