Job Summary
Provide customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly while conducting regular and random patrols around business sites and perimeters. Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, visitor records, and utilize access-control systems and incident-reporting software. Maintain a clean driving record with an Arizona driver's license over one year old, as driving is required for this role. Work 12-hour shifts between 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am, with flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ months of security experience
- Arizona drivers license for over one year - with a clean driving record
- Valid guard card/security officer license if required by Arizona DPS
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and conduct regular patrols
- Basic ability to use computers, radios, cameras, access-control systems, and incident-reporting software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, or rotating shifts
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions only
