Job Summary
Greet and screen visitors, verify identification, issue credentials, and direct guests at a financial institution front desk while monitoring access points and security systems. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency procedures, and maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients while reporting unusual activity to appropriate personnel. Work a full-time second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR/First Aid experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
