Job Summary
Security Guard for property protection including access control, patrols of residential/commercial properties and perimeter, investigations of incidents and crimes, and coordination with authorities. Responsibilities include assisting owners/guests, first aid and emergency response, safety observations, traffic control, animal control, eviction notices, VIP security support, and gate attendant duties with log maintenance. Requires weekend and holiday availability, high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), valid driver's license, ability to read/reporte, and passing pre-employment screening.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write reports, and comprehend procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Knowledge of Database software and internet software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to sit, use hands, talk/hear, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Legal to work in the United States.
- Pre-employment MVR, Background Check and Drug Screen.
