Job Summary
Provide customer service and safeguard clients by executing safety procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach. Conduct regular and random patrols around business sites and perimeters. Maintain a valid driver's license for driving positions. Full-time rotating schedule available with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits begin after 60 days. Eligible applicants receive seven paid holidays at time and a half, plus four weeks of vacation after one year.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
