Job Summary
Oversee a Residential Building in the Columbus Circle Area by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while conducting regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Provide customer service to clients by interacting with the general public, client, and staff daily. Work part-time afternoon and overnight shifts Monday through Sunday at a rate of $21.87–$22.87 per hour. Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or five years of verifiable experience, including one year of security experience.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Candidate should have the minimum of one year experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
