Job Summary
Provide professional security services at hospitals, healthcare facilities, and commercial properties throughout Southern California. Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols, monitor parking lots and perimeters via vehicle patrols, and respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and suspicious activity. Enforce client policies while delivering exceptional customer service to patients, staff, visitors, vendors, and guests. Prepare accurate electronic incident reports using the Track Tik reporting system and follow site-specific post orders. Adapt quickly to new locations, teams, and security operations with professionalism and confidence. Requires 3–5 years of security experience, a valid California BSIS Guard Card, and previous vehicle patrol experience. Part-time flex position with morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays; pay $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of current security experience
- Previous vehicle patrol experience
- A valid California BSIS Guard Card
- Proof of required BSIS training (32-hour training plus 8-hour Power to Arrest certificate)
- Valid California driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong report-writing abilities
- The ability to remain calm, confident, and professional in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to travel between multiple job sites
- Must be at least 25 years old (insurance requirement for company vehicle use)
- Must be available for Morning and afternoon shifts
- Must be available for Short-notice scheduling
- Must be available for Weekends
- Must be available for Holidays
- Must be available for Schedule changes based on client needs
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare security experience is highly preferred but not required
