Job Summary
Check IDs, contact residents, fill out logbooks, write incident reports, and monitor for suspicious activity while maintaining a clean work environment. Prioritize customer service communication with guests and residents at the gatehouse. This role requires prior residential experience, especially in a gatehouse setting, and a clean NYS driver's license for mobile patrol. Weekly pay and on-site training are provided. Schedule includes full-time mobile patrol or specific gatehouse shifts. Required Qualifications
- Valid Security guard license
- Valid NYS Driver's License (for mobile patrol position)
