Job Summary
Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity. Monitor access points, observe entry and exit traffic, and assist with visitor and vendor procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and tenant concerns while documenting activities in daily reports and patrol logs. Provide customer service to tenants, staff, and vendors, and communicate observations to leadership. Work weekends from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at a commercial real estate location in West Chester, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
