Job Summary
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and personal belongings using X-ray equipment and established access-control procedures. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or prohibited items. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while conducting regular patrols of assigned business and perimeter areas. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following established post orders and escalation procedures. Document all observations, incidents, and security-related concerns. Work part-time day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at a logistics and distribution location in Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
