Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in healthcare settings, including hospital buildings, patient care zones, parking facilities, and perimeters, to deter incidents and identify concerns. Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations calmly while following protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by verifying access control and directing individuals to appropriate locations. Document all incidents, observations, and security activities accurately for site leadership. Work part-time shifts rotating between Monday through Sunday from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification
- Customer service experience
