Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in healthcare facilities, including hospital buildings, patient care zones, and parking lots, while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, professional manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying authorized access, and directing individuals to appropriate locations. Document incidents and observations accurately, communicating relevant information to site leadership and supervision. Work part-time shifts from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification
- Customer service experience
