Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including facilities, offices, parking, and perimeter zones, to identify unusual activity and support access control procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, notifying site contacts or emergency personnel as directed. Provide customer service to clients while maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation using technology. Work part-time shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
