Monitor and patrol assigned areas, building entrances, common spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional manner by notifying appropriate site personnel and emergency responders. Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. Document incidents, observations, patrols, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs. Verify visitor authorization, maintain logs, and report unauthorized access attempts. Work part-time days from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in New York, NY, requiring a valid New York State Security Guard License and one year of security experience.
