Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of assigned hospital buildings, parking areas, and perimeters while monitoring access points and visitor activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying personnel and documenting observations as required. Provide customer service to patients, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Prepare accurate reports detailing patrol activities and unusual conditions. Work part-time shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Sunday at a Cleveland, OH healthcare facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue
- Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
