Job Summary
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations in activity logs and incident reports. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a visible presence to support access control and badge procedures. Work part-time shifts in New York, NY, with a background investigation and drug screen required prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
