Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific requirements. Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Work a fixed six-month anchor shift with the option to claim additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform. Requires a valid driver's license, background investigation, and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
