Job Summary
Monitor and control access to the Elwood, IL location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor activity, and responding to incidents with calm, problem-solving communication. Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter to observe for unusual activity or policy violations while providing customer service and executing site-specific security procedures. Maintain accurate access-control logs and incident reports in accordance with requirements. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with optional claimable shifts to increase earnings, suitable for individuals seeking part-time flexibility. A valid driver's license is required as this is primarily a driving post.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- This is primarily a driving post
