Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location. Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized individuals. Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts as needed. Conduct regular patrols of entry points, receiving areas, production-adjacent spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized access. Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation. Work part-time shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
