Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, maintaining a professional front desk presence that includes greeting visitors, verifying access requirements, and directing guests per site procedures. This part-time role in Denver, CO, offers fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and an option to claim additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform to increase earnings. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
