Job Summary
Monitor surveillance systems, count chips with high accuracy, and write detailed incident reports to ensure a safe environment for employees and guests. Provide guest service while operating the casino floor, maintaining observation skills across diverse cultures. Work any shift, including weekends, nights, and holidays, while lifting up to 100 pounds and standing for extended periods. Maintain a valid California Guard Card and gambling establishment permit.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Open availability.
- Must be 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid California Guard Card.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
- Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

- Ability to operate a surveillance system quickly and effectively.
