Job Summary
Patrol property, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings and access points to secure premises and personnel. Permit entry, sound alarms when necessary, and report irregularities to prevent losses and damage. Restraining trespassers, identifying risks, and notifying management or 911/Police as required. Complete daily reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities in a written log. Maintain a positive professional image while communicating cordially with the public. This role requires a valid California Guard Card, English proficiency, and flexibility to work shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid Permanent California Guard Card
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position
- Must be drug free
