Job Summary
Protect guests, staff, and resort assets across a Mackinac Island hospitality setting; monitor property areas, respond to incidents, enforce policies, and provide assistance as needed. Requires strong observational, communication, and conflict resolution skills; must be able to live and work on Mackinac Island seasonally. Seasonal full-time security role offering benefits and housing/meals. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous security, law enforcement, or hospitality safety experience is preferred but not required.
