Job Summary
Ensure access control is followed and client property is secured while operating truck gates to manage vehicle flow in all weather conditions. Escort visitors, monitor CCTV equipment, and respond to alarms by utilizing alarm panels. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and professional working relationships with employees, clients, and visitors. Complete daily logs and reports as necessary, rotating between East and South gates. Assist employees, clients, and visitors as required while handling confidential information with discretion. Make quick, sound decisions in emergency response situations with minimal supervision. This role requires an Ontario Security Guard License, valid First Aid and CPR certificate, and a full G class license. Personal vehicle access is required for patrol duties with mileage reimbursement.
