Job Summary
Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage badge activity, and conduct routine patrols at a retail distribution location to deter security incidents. Respond to access-control alarms and critical situations while providing customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel. Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access logs in accordance with site procedures. This driving position requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of security-related experience. Schedule runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Access control and badge experience
