Job Summary
Ensure emergencies are handled efficiently, secure perimeter doors, and monitor cameras to prevent intrusions and detect unsafe behavior. Handle authorized and unauthorized persons on property, escort trespassers, and manage keys while using the door control system. Complete incident reports, answer phones, direct visitors, and assist with basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Monitor severe weather events and notify management or emergency services during fires, intrusions, or injuries. Work dayshift Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs
- The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx. 8-10 hours)
- Standing: Frequently
