Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations by managing staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel while ensuring contract compliance through regular performance inspections. Conduct quality assurance audits, review and maintain incident reports, and prepare security surveys and post orders. Direct subordinates on duty performance, handle disciplinary actions and commendations, and respond to client requests or emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Submit productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management. Maintain radio and telephone equipment proficiency while mediating conflicts with tact.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
