Job Summary
Incident Commander role at Surefox North America Inc. Responsible for emergency response coordination, acting as liaison between Surefox and clients, and ensuring compliance with client policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. Duties include responding to emergencies and medical/non-medical issues, conducting preliminary investigations with incident reports, data entry, assisting employees, managing visitor check-ins and badging, monitoring program performance for compliance, conducting routine on-site security patrols, monitoring cameras and access control, reporting incidents, and supporting project meetings. Requires strong observational skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and experience in security operations; Florida Security Guard Card Class D, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and ability to pass SPAT are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible for employment within the United States
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
- Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate
- Must have a current Florida Security Guard Card Class “D” License
- CPR and First Aid/AED certification
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- All applicants must be able to pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT) with or without reasonable accommodation prior to the scheduled start date
- Ability to drag an 180lbs training dummy 40 yards as part of SPAT
