Job Summary
Provide high quality security services to protect individuals and property by enforcing client and company policies, rules, and regulations. Closely monitor circuit television systems and alarms while remaining flexible in a continuously changing environment. Write legible comprehensive incident reports, observe and record information, and apply attention to detail with people skills to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently. Maintain high standards of attendance and punctuality, exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor, and work in a team-oriented environment. Open availability including possible weekends and holidays. This role reports to the Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS Security License
- NYS Security Guard License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to multitask
- Write legible comprehensive incident reports
- Observe and record information
- Apply attention to detail
- Display vigilance
- Focus and diligence
- Be a good communicator, both verbal and written
- Be capable of handling typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively
- Maintain high standards of attendance and punctuality
- Maintain neat and professional appearance at all times

- Open availability including possible weekends and holidays
- Ability to start work immediately upon approval
