Job Summary
Surveillance Security Guard responsible for monitoring security systems and identifying threats across multiple environments (security operation centres, call centres, construction sites, parking lots, gatehouses). Responsibilities include monitoring systems, responding to incidents, writing detailed reports, conducting regular foot patrols, controlling access and visitor verification, analyzing systems for vulnerabilities, and coordinating with law enforcement during emergencies. Must be authorized to work in Canada, hold a valid security license, and have First Aid certification. The role offers flexible shifts with full-time and part-time opportunities, a GardaWorld uniform, and opportunities for career growth; hourly wage is $23.60. Training via GardaWorld Academy is provided.
Required Qualifications

- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- Must pass reliability clearance
