Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of residential community grounds, common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access. Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and responding to concerns with professionalism. Monitor and report security-related concerns, property damage, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, communicating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while representing Allied Universal professionally.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of law enforcement experience
- at least two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience
- at least three years of security-related experience
- supervisory experience
- at least 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- high school diploma or equivalent
- subject to a background investigation
- subject to a drug screen
