Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and the surrounding perimeter. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional presence and assisting with access control. Work full-time shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday, with Sunday hours from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience
- A guard card or license
- Customer service experience
