Job Summary
Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, loading zones, access points, and surrounding perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access to designated areas, verify authorized entry, and maintain awareness of vehicle and pedestrian activity. Respond to security-related concerns, service requests, and critical situations while providing customer service to clients, visitors, passengers, and transportation personnel. Document observations and report concerns to appropriate personnel, assisting with traffic flow and visitor direction during routine operations and special events.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
