Job Summary
Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeters to identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points to verify authorized entry and maintain awareness of vehicle and pedestrian activity. Respond to security concerns, service requests, and critical situations by documenting observations and coordinating with site personnel for traffic flow and visitor direction. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, passengers, and transportation personnel while carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
