Job Summary
Greet visitors, employees, and delivery personnel at the front desk, check credentials, and document arrivals and departures according to site policies. Monitor lobby activity to deter unauthorized access while maintaining awareness of a busy food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency services as appropriate. Answer phones, assist with directions, and support security-related reporting, log entries, and documentation for daily front desk activity. Work full-time hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Thursday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- State, county, or city issued security license
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- CPR certification
