Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, production-support spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following established site procedures while maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document observations using computer or tablet technology. Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Report observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
