Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols of manufacturing zones, office spaces, parking lots, and perimeters, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations by following site-specific procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Check credentials, document visitor and contractor entry, and support access control to deter unauthorized access. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while documenting all security-related activities and observations.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
