Job Summary
Provide customer service and execute security procedures, emergency responses, and unarmed patrols across warehouse, loading dock, and perimeter areas. Respond to incidents and access concerns while monitoring entry points, verifying authorized personnel, and reporting hazards to site leadership. Document daily activities, patrols, and observations accurately. Anchor shifts require a six-month commitment at a designated site, with options to claim additional shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
