Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial property. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations professionally while conducting regular patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common zones, parking facilities, access points, and the property perimeter. Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized activity, documenting all patrols, incidents, and observed concerns per site procedures. Maintain a visible presence to assist with directions and building information. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base assignment with the option to claim additional shifts via our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
