Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial property. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations professionally, notifying appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common spaces, parking facilities, access points, and the property perimeter. Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence. Document patrols, incidents, and observed concerns in accordance with site procedures. Maintain a six-month commitment to an assigned anchor shift while utilizing the Claim-A-Shift program to pick up additional shifts as needed. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
