Job Summary
Provide customer service and safeguard clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government sites by carrying out safety procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly using problem-solving approaches while conducting regular and random patrols around business premises and perimeters. Work overnight shifts with a minimum age of 18 for unarmed roles or 21 for armed positions, holding a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required for driving assignments, and applicants must complete background investigations and drug screens.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
