Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and fire prevention duties as directed while serving as a member of the internal fire and crisis teams. Execute fire-fighting and evacuation methods, utilizing trained tactical skills in handcuffing and tactful communications. Provide Basic First Aid and CPR level C support while demonstrating sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities within a collaborative team environment. Maintain a valid Private Security Investigators license, Class "G" driver's license, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Course certification. This role requires a two-year community college Law Enforcement diploma and is available for candidates with preferred healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a two year community college Law Enforcement diploma
- Must hold a valid Private Security Investigators license
- Completion of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Course
- Must have valid driver's license, Class G
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound problem-solving and decision making abilities
- Trained in tactful communications
- Tactical training in handcuffing
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in team environment
- Basic First Aid and CPR level C
Desired Qualifications
- Previous related work experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare setting
