Job Summary
As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining safety and security at a federal facility, conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing access control, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong observational skills and the ability to respond promptly to emergencies. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Security Guard License in Tennessee, and be able to submit to background checks and drug screenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
- Must have a Valid Security Guard License with the State of TN
- Ability to maintain composure and make quick, rational decisions in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must submit a drug screening and background check upon offer of employment
