Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Vehicle Patrol

Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas. Provide customer service to clients and employees by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations and actions in accordance with site procedures. Assist with access control, customer assistance, and direction of visitors while maintaining a professional presence. Commit to a six-month anchor shift schedule with flexibility to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform. Requires a valid driver's license and high school diploma; background investigation and drug screen required.
