Security Guard - Enhanced Part Time - Flex

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking zones, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations professionally, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed. Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations per site procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities for site management and leadership. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with options to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
