Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements. Work fixed shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM in Saint Paul, MN, with a six-month commitment, while utilizing the Claim-A-Shift program to pick up additional hours. Requires a valid driver's license and high school diploma; subject to background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
