Job Summary
Conduct regular inspections, utilize surveillance systems to identify concerns, and perform interior and exterior patrols to secure access points. Respond promptly to incidents, enforce rules to deter theft and vandalism, and digitally create incident reports with detailed observations. Fill in at various security locations as needed due to call-outs, vacations, or scheduling gaps while supporting property management with assigned safety duties. This full-time role averages 30-40 hours per week with flexibility for additional shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, clear an MVR check, and obtain MD Unarmed Security Guard Certification.
Required Qualifications
