Job Summary
Conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including production spaces, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and help deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity while responding to incidents, alarms, and critical situations. Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels. Observe workplace conditions, report hazards, and assist with orderly responses to disruptions, deliveries, or visitor-related matters. Candidates must have a valid driver's license held for one year with no interruptions, be at least 19 years old, and pass a background check and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- At least 19 years of age
- Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check
- Consent to complete and pass a drug screen
- Valid driver's license held for 1 full year with no interruptions
- No more than 1 violation within a 2-year period on driving record
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to use a computer or tablet
- Open availability
Desired Qualifications
- Prior 1+ Years of security experience
- Military/correctional officer experience
- Law enforcement experience
- Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security, or support role in a Combat Zone
- Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian)
- Verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
- Bachelor's degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studies
- Minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branch
- Associate's degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service
